By using The Hoop Test ("the site," "the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Hoop Test is a free daily basketball trivia game for entertainment purposes. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any NBA team, or any player mentioned in the game.
You're welcome to play, share your results, and link to the site. Please don't attempt to disrupt the game, scrape or reproduce its content at scale, or use any automated system to play on your behalf.
Hints, stats, and facts in the game are compiled and checked on a best-effort basis, but the game is not a stats database and may occasionally contain errors or become outdated (for example, after a trade). If you spot something wrong, we'd genuinely appreciate you letting us know — see the contact details below.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hoop Test and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
This site displays ads to help cover its costs. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ads and cookies work here.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
